Construction Supervisor for $220M Wharf Project

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead civil crews on a $220 million wharf project at Lumsden Point, Port Hedland. This permanent, onsite role operates on a 2:1 roster and reports to the Superintendent.

Key responsibilities

• Direct crews and subcontractors to deliver daily piling, precast, concrete, earthworks and wharf services safely and efficiently.
• Enforce ACCIONA safety, quality and permit procedures, and manage non‑conformances promptly.
• Monitor critical path items, adjust resources or sequencing to protect the program, and report progress weekly.
• Resolve site issues, ensure engineering approvals for temporary works changes, and foster an inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in construction or building.
• Working knowledge of health, safety and environment requirements in a construction or engineering environment.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to direct construction crews.
• Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities across competing priorities.
