Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of commercial projects across Melbourne. You will be responsible for coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to keep work on schedule while ensuring safety, quality and compliance on your packages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of on‑site packages for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Liaise directly with builders and trades to sequence work and resolve issues early.
• Own site safety, quality and compliance for assigned packages.
• Track progress and report on milestones, risks and resourcing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Site Management role on commercial construction sites.
• Strong understanding of site sequencing and trade coordination.
• Genuine focus on safety and quality.
• Confident communicator with builders, trades and crew.
• Able to read documentation and translate it into clear on‑site direction.
