Construction Manager – Lead Projects in Greater Sydney

About the role
We are a leading structures sub‑contractor operating across the Greater Sydney region, seeking an experienced Construction Manager to drive performance and growth across our portfolio of 18 active projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Site Managers (10+ staff).
- Manage commercial risk and improve overall project performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and prepare executive reports.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and drive end‑to‑end execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Trade Certificate in structural trades.
- Proven experience in building construction or the steel industry.
- Track record delivering residential, industrial or commercial projects.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing a team of ten or more.
