Construction Manager

About the role

Built is looking for a senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in Perth. You will be part of the Project Delivery team, shaping project outcomes, building client relationships and fostering high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower project teams to deliver construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to Built’s quality standards.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, providing strategic guidance to secure repeat business.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks early to keep momentum.
• Drive commercial performance through effective resource planning and stakeholder management.
• Champion innovation, safety and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or senior project manager on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts and financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams and foster a positive culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and client‑focused outcomes.
