Construction Manager – Heavy Industrial

About the role
We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of fully funded expansion works at a major heavy‑industrial facility in the Hunter Region, NSW. The role involves overseeing large‑scale building projects, crane and heavy‑lifting operations, and the installation of substantial production equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete construction programme from planning to handover.
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Administer contracts and monitor compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Drive project delivery to schedule and specification while managing risks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in heavy construction, preferably within industrial or manufacturing facilities.
- Strong contract management and supplier/subcontractor coordination abilities.
- Capability to manage complex, multi‑discipline construction programmes.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.

- Competitive salary of $160,000 + Superannuation.
