Project Manager – Commercial Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. The role is based in the head office with occasional site visits, overseeing projects from inception through to delivery while ensuring quality, profitability, and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client and subcontractor relationships across multiple concurrent projects.
• Deliver commercial construction projects on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Handle contract claims, variations, and ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 5–15+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably new‑build projects.
• Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
• Strong financial analysis and administrative focus.
• Excellent time‑management, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
