Construction Manager – Commercial Plumbing

About the role

United Plumbing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead its commercial plumbing construction division. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive project performance, mentor teams, and shape the long‑term growth strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and deliver commercial plumbing construction projects across multiple sites.
• Monitor project performance, including forecasting, budgeting and margin outcomes.
• Oversee procurement, labour allocation and construction scheduling.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards are met on all projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, head contractors and suppliers.
• Lead post‑project reviews and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and field teams, shaping systems and operational direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial construction divisions, preferably in plumbing.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
