Construction Litigation Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer or Associate with 1–4 years post‑admission experience to join a respected construction litigation practice. You will work closely with senior practitioners on high‑value disputes, gaining early responsibility and exposure to complex construction and infrastructure matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and manage construction‑related litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, correspondence and legal advice.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage matters through various stages of the litigation process.
• Liaise directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Support senior practitioners on complex, high‑value disputes.
• Attend mediations, conferences and court appearances.

Required profile

• 1–4 years post‑admission experience.
• Experience in construction litigation, commercial litigation or broader disputes work.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive approach with willingness to take ownership of matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in construction disputes.
