Construction Foreman – South East Queensland

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our South East Queensland construction team. You will coordinate daily site activities, ensuring resources, safety, and quality standards are met to deliver projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly sequencing of on‑site activities.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and personnel.
• Allocate staff and resources in consultation with the Site Manager.
• Review and re‑sequence the construction programme to meet completion dates.
• Implement company policies on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with standards and contract documents.

Required profile

• Qualification in building/construction or a related trade.
• Proven success supervising commercial or industrial building projects within time, cost and quality targets.
• Experience supervising structural and finishes trades.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
