About the role
McNab is seeking a motivated Construction Cadet to join its Toowoomba team, offering real‑world experience on construction projects while you complete your degree.
Key responsibilities
- Gain exposure to contract administration, site operations, estimating and design.
- Work alongside project managers, site managers, contract administrators and estimators on active projects.
Required profile
- 2nd‑4th year Construction Management or related construction degree student based in Toowoomba or Darling Downs.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, team‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Interest in building a construction career.
