About the role
We are seeking experienced Condition Monitoring Technicians for our Henderson office to service client sites across Western Australia. The role involves routine collection, analysis, and reporting of asset condition data to support reliability and asset integrity programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine condition monitoring surveys on rotating and static assets, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Trend and interpret condition data to identify developing faults and escalate findings according to severity and site alarm criteria.
- Produce clear, actionable technical reports and communicate findings to maintenance planning and reliability teams.
- Maintain asset hierarchies, measurement routes, and historical trend data within the site’s CM platform.
- Support root cause analysis investigations by providing condition monitoring data as evidence.
- Coordinate with planners and schedulers to ensure findings are actioned through the work management process.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the condition monitoring program and work safely in line with site HSE requirements.
Required profile
- Trade certificate or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation discipline, or equivalent field experience.
- ISO 18436 certification in at least one condition monitoring discipline (e.g., Category II Vibration Analysis, Category I Thermography, or Category I Lubrication Analyst).
