Concrete and Batch Plant Supervisor

About the role

The Concrete and Batch Plant Supervisor will oversee direct‑hire and contractor activities at the Eva Copper Process Plant in Cloncurry, Queensland. This role ensures construction operations meet ES&H, quality, schedule and cost requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance of batch plant and installation contractors, monitoring schedule, cost control and change management.
• Plan and forecast material deliveries and daily concrete production to support project schedules.
• Monitor construction compliance of direct‑hire and subcontractors, ensuring work follows specifications, standards and safety codes.
• Review and approve subcontractor submittals, technical queries, field change documents and as‑built drawings.
• Maintain effective relationships with functional departments and coordinate contractual activities on‑site.

Required profile

• Recognised engineering degree or minimum 10 years experience in civil and concrete works on industrial plants.
• At least 10 years experience in construction projects in a contractor or PMC role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and provide technical leadership.
