Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the Concierge team in delivering personalised, high‑touch service to guests at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. This role oversees daily desk operations, provides expert local recommendations and ensures seamless travel and entertainment arrangements throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Concierge Desk, maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Coach and support team members to deliver personalised recommendations and memorable experiences.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, local attractions, entertainment bookings and special requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers to enhance guest offerings.
• Resolve guest enquiries and concerns promptly, collaborating with Front Desk and other departments for a seamless journey.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services or luxury hospitality, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining venues and cultural experiences.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
