Concierge – In‑Store Customer Experience

About the role

Join MECCA’s flagship Chadstone destination as a Concierge, the first point of contact for customers entering the 2,000 sqm beauty and wellness space. You will create authentic connections, guide visitors through the store’s many experiences, and help build lasting loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, delivering a premium in‑store experience.
• Manage and coordinate multiple appointments and service bookings in a fast‑paced environment.
• Connect customers with the appropriate specialists across MECCA Perfumeria, Aesthetica, Apothecary, and partner services.
• Handle complex queries and resolve issues while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Stay informed about local events, trends, and store promotions to enhance the customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, manage appointments, and work efficiently in a high‑energy setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
