Community Pharmacist – Bundaberg, Mackay or Rockhampton

About the role

Ramsay Pharmacy is looking for passionate, patient‑focused pharmacists to join our teams in Bundaberg, Mackay and Rockhampton. You will work in a supportive environment backed by Australia’s leading healthcare network, helping the community receive safe and high‑quality pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert patient counselling and medication advice.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and customer‑centric pharmacy environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operations and service quality.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
• Recent National Police Check (within 12 months).
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential).
