Community Manager – Technology Practitioner Network

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to own the health, growth, and experience of a fast‑expanding network of technology practitioners. This newly created position will shape how engineers, architects, analysts, and product specialists connect, collaborate, and deliver value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new members and teams, ensuring a smooth entry experience.
• nurture existing members, organise events, and drive active, meaningful participation.
• Partner with leadership to source skilled professionals for current and upcoming projects.
• Support the Guild structure, encouraging contributions and high‑quality delivery.
• Promote member involvement in media activities, meet‑ups, and community initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, vetting new members and setting them up for success.
• Track community health using growth, engagement, and activity metrics.

Required profile

• Strong background in community management, networking, and relationship building.
• Proven experience sourcing, engaging, and onboarding members, partners, or talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a knack for uniting people around a shared purpose.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Prior experience in a technology or digital‑related field is a genuine advantage.
