Community Manager – Meridan Plains

About the role

As the Community Manager for Stockland Halcyon’s Meridan Plains park, you will be the primary ambassador for homeowners, ensuring a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment. You will oversee daily operations, build strong relationships and support community activities that foster connection.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements.
• Build and maintain respectful, trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate community activities, interest groups and events that encourage belonging.
• Work closely with maintenance officers, contractors and service providers to meet maintenance, landscaping and operational needs.
• Manage community administration, reporting, budgets and financial administration.
• Identify and address community issues early, remaining impartial, confidential and solutions‑focused.

Required skills

• Experience in community management, retirement living, tourism/hospitality, concierge or customer‑focused environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Proven administrative, reporting and governance capability.
• Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
