About the role

The Commons is looking for a passionate Community Manager to lead and grow one of its vibrant coworking spaces, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for professionals across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level member experience, act as main point of contact, and facilitate introductions.
• Oversee planning and execution of events that align with brand standards.
• Manage facilities, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a pristine workspace.
• Supervise daily operations, schedule the Community Team, and communicate initiatives.
• Lead, train, and mentor the Community Team, conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct tours, drive new sales, and manage member onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Foster long‑term member relationships to maintain high occupancy and retention.

Required profile

• Energetic, people‑focused leader who creates inclusive community experiences.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented, able to juggle competing priorities under pressure.
• Confident in operations and people management, with a proactive attitude.
