Community Manager for Vibrant Lifestyle Community

About the role

Ingenia Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at Chambers Pines, a 485‑home land‑lease community in the Logan region. You will be the face of the community, championing resident experience and ensuring high standards of service, safety and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team, fostering a resident‑first culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, maintenance coordination, compliance and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with residents, Home Owners Committees and local stakeholders, and drive community events and lifestyle programs.
• Gather resident feedback, resolve concerns empathetically, and implement initiatives to boost satisfaction and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in community management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication, empathy and emotional intelligence with diverse residents.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and competing priorities.
• Passion for creating inclusive, connected communities where residents thrive.
