Community & Content Coordinator

About the role

The Community & Content Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative/Digital teams to bring the personalities of CSD Brands to life through authentic, culturally relevant content. This hands‑on role involves creating, coordinating and publishing photo, video and short‑form content across multiple streetwear, fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot, edit and deliver engaging photo, video and short‑form content for brand storytelling.
• Source, build relationships with and coordinate influencers, creators, athletes and community partners.
• Drive user‑generated content initiatives and manage community‑led content projects.
• Capture content for product launches, events, retail activations and brand collaborations.
• Support social media publishing, community engagement and platform management.
• Identify emerging trends and creative formats to keep brands culturally relevant.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Retail and Wholesale teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality, high‑volume digital content, especially short‑form video.
• Strong filming and editing skills using an iPhone and tools such as CapCut.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content trends and audience engagement drivers.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating creators, influencers or community collaborations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Genuine passion for streetwear, fashion, music, sport and contemporary culture.
