About the role
Metso is seeking a Communications & Engagement Coordinator to support internal communications, employee engagement and culture initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This hands‑on role will work closely with HR, leaders and regional teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging and meaningful employee experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal communications via Viva Engage, SharePoint, email newsletters and presentations.
- Develop and use AI‑driven digital tools to create content efficiently.
- Support and organise engagement programmes such as Town Halls, wellbeing and inclusion events.
- Plan and execute virtual and in‑person internal events.
- Assist with Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) activities and reporting.
- Track participation, gather feedback and contribute to engagement reporting.
Required profile
- Strong interest in people, communication and employee engagement.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and apply AI and digital platforms.
