Commercial Counsel

About the role

Axiom is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to provide clear commercial legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and support regulatory and marketing compliance for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and service agreements.
• Support regulatory and marketing compliance initiatives.
• Maintain collaborative relationships across business teams.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of transactional experience, preferably in‑house.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
