Commercial & Contracts Advisor

About the role

Contract Resources is seeking a commercially‑minded professional to support contract management across its global operations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support contracts from tender submission and negotiation through to close‑out, renewal, and extension.
• Prepare, review, and maintain contractual documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor contractual obligations, flagging risks or issues as they arise.
• Maintain contract registers, records, and databases, keeping them current and secure.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, HSEQ and other teams to meet project deliverables.
• Provide commercial guidance to operational teams on contract terms and governance.
• Contribute to audits, continuous‑improvement initiatives and process reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, negotiating and managing projects, tenders or contracts.
• Strong written communication and drafting abilities.
• Effective stakeholder engagement across all business levels.
• Understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial risk principles.
