Commercial Account Executive – Service Cloud

About the role

As a Service Cloud Account Executive you will act as a strategic partner for fast‑growing commercial customers, helping them solve service and contact‑centre challenges with Salesforce’s AI‑powered solutions, including Agentforce. You will manage a quota, work within existing accounts and hunt for new business across a named account set.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your commercial territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customers’ service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring new logos.
• Evangelise AI‑powered service solutions, including Agentforce, that transform customer support.
• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation and close.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years selling technology solutions, preferably in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service or CX.
• Consistent quota over‑achievement and strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage a high‑velocity pipeline across a named account set.
• Experience with SaaS and software sales and cross‑functional deal collaboration.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge (a bonus).
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven service technologies (Agentforce, Einstein AI).
• Understanding of CRM platforms.
