Coiled Tubing Operator – Australia

About the role

Condor Energy Services is expanding its operations across Australia and is seeking experienced Coiled Tubing (CT) Operators. The role involves operating, maintaining, and preparing coil tubing units for well‑intervention activities while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coil tubing units and associated equipment.
• Prepare, mobilise, and rig up/down coil tubing equipment for field jobs.
• Conduct pre‑job equipment checks, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Adhere to strict HSE procedures and industry regulations.
• Perform 12‑hour shift work, including night shifts, and manual labour tasks.
• Clean, flush, pack, and store equipment correctly after each job.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably with coiled tubing.
• Hands‑on experience with CT fluid systems and pumping operations such as acidising.
• Ability to work in remote field environments.
• HC, HR, or MC truck licence preferred.
• Additional tickets such as First Aid, CPR, Working at Heights, Load Restraint, DG, EWP/Forklift/Loader, and Well Site Permit to Work are advantageous.
