About the role
Protech is recruiting experienced CNC operators for ongoing work in Melbourne's Northern suburbs, based in Heidelberg West. The role starts immediately and runs 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Set tools, run and load parts
- Milling and cleaning swarf
- Parts measurement
- Topping up coolant
Required profile
- Experience with horizontal lathes and mills
- Ability to read and understand G codes
- Use of measuring instruments such as micrometers
