Clinical Workplace Trainer – Full‑time

About the role

Join Aspire4Life as a Clinical Workplace Trainer and lead engaging training programmes that elevate clinical excellence across the organisation. You will design, deliver and continuously improve induction, onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff and assessors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver face‑to‑face and virtual clinical training sessions.
• Conduct competency assessments and support workforce capability development.
• Collaborate with internal leaders, subject‑matter experts and external stakeholders such as My Aged Care and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
• Design, update and maintain learning materials and training programmes.
• Analyse training outcomes, implement improvements and ensure compliance with legislative, accreditation and audit requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to clinical staff and assessors.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training and assessing competency in a clinical setting.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of aged‑care, assessment services or community‑care environments (highly regarded).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Required skills

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Worker).
• Minimum two years’ experience delivering training.
• Minimum one year experience within aged‑care.
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
