Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role

An experienced Clinical Specialist will join Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Melbourne, providing technical expertise and clinical guidance on cardiac pacing devices to support sales growth and optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies.
• Deliver technical in‑services, presentations and on‑site education to customers.
• Support Territory Managers with after‑hours on‑call assistance and market intelligence.
• Assist with clinical study activities and monitor field inventory levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑6 years relevant experience (high school diploma with 6 years, associate with 4 years, or bachelor’s with 2 years).
• Strong understanding of cardiac pacing product function and purpose.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driver’s licence.
