Clinical Product Specialist

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Clinical Product Specialist in Macquarie Park. The role combines clinical education and customer support with clinical sales support and business growth, working with healthcare professionals, clinicians and procurement stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education programs, workshops and product training, and develop educational resources and training materials
• Support product implementations, evaluations and customer onboarding, and provide ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals
• Partner with Territory Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve growth objectives, and present clinical evidence and product benefits
• Assist with tender submissions, value propositions and strategic customer opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, nurse educators, department managers and procurement stakeholders, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Gather customer feedback and insights, and contribute to product launches, forecasting, business planning and marketing activities
• Monitor market trends, emerging clinical practices and competitor activity, and work with local and global teams on future product strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, Clinical Practice, Biomedical Science or a related healthcare discipline
• Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Product Management or Healthcare Management are highly regarded
• Experience in Critical Care, ICU, Renal, Acute Care or a related clinical specialty
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand
• Desirable: experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical or healthcare services industries, exposure to product management, commercial sales support or tender processes, and experience engaging with KOLs
