Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy

About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist will join the Ramsay North Shore hospital team, delivering specialised medication management in the dispensary and providing clinical pharmacy services to patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑practice pharmacy services and patient‑centred care, ensuring medication safety.
• Manage medication dispensing and optimise medication regimens.
• Educate hospital staff and counsel patients on safe and effective medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical decision‑making.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is valued but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with dispensing software.
