Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 1/2) – Rotational Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated pharmacists to join our unit‑based clinical pharmacy team in Ballarat. The position is offered at Grade 1 or Grade 2 on a rotational basis, providing high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across a range of specialties, including critical care and oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including patient assessment, medication intervention, advocacy and consultation.
• Support effective patient flow within the hospital environment.
• Mentor and supervise pharmacy students, interns, residents and other health‑care staff.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and pharmacy education programmes.
• Participate in operational rotations such as dispensing, compounding and placements at the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre.

Required profile

• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA, or eligibility for registration.
• Previous clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
