Clinical Health Planner (Architecture)

About the role

Shape the future of healthcare design by leading complex hospital redevelopments, new health precincts and advanced clinical facilities. You will work within a highly regarded practice delivering large‑scale health and science projects that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and development of complex health and science projects.
• Support preparation of client briefs and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Apply expertise in AusHFGs, HPUs and health planning principles to deliver best‑practice outcomes.
• Facilitate user group consultations, translating operational needs into functional design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and health consultants to achieve coordinated, high‑quality outcomes.
• Support delivery of projects within agreed quality, programme and budget parameters.

Required profile

• Experienced architect or designer with a strong passion for healthcare planning.
• Approximately 10–15 years post‑graduate experience in architecture and/or health planning.
• Proven experience working on healthcare projects and understanding of clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in dRofus.
