Client Technical Architect (Digital Workplace Solutions)

About the role

The Client Technical Architect (CTA) bridges business requirements and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and supportable for Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into practical architecture artefacts, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements, producing High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs.
• Ensure solutions comply with client architecture standards, security requirements, and support architecture review boards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and account teams, supporting bids, proposals, and transformation programs.

Required profile

• Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred) and extensive MSP experience delivering services to large enterprise clients.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure or digital workplace roles, with 5+ years as a solution or technical architect.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex technology programs in a client‑facing or consulting capacity.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 SOE architecture, Autopilot provisioning, Intune, SCCM.
• Microsoft Defender, application control, Essential Eight alignment.
• Active Directory, hybrid identity (Entra ID), Zero Trust design.
• Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Azure Virtual Desktop, secure enclaves, legacy VDI migration.
• On‑premises servers, networking, and enterprise applications supporting hybrid M365 environments.
