Client Services Vet Nurse – Remote (Part‑time / Casual)

About the role

Greencross Client Services is seeking experienced Vet Nurses to provide telephone triage, health advice and customer support for pet owners across Australia. The role is performed remotely, with equipment supplied, allowing you to use your clinical knowledge from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice.
• Assist clients with appointment bookings, enquiries and website requests.
• Support Greencross clinics nationwide and manage pet health reminder initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
• Minimum 4 years veterinary nursing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of RxWorks software.
