About the role
Join the ARH Canberra team as a Client Services Representative, providing friendly and organised support to pet owners and our veterinary specialists. This part‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct a high volume of calls on the switchboard.
- Schedule appointments and process payments.
- Provide administrative support to specialists, veterinarians and nurses.
Required profile
- Available for weekend and weeknight shifts.
- Resilient, able to stay calm during busy periods and work with urgency when needed.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and clean personal presentation.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
