About the role
Calvary Health Care is looking for a Client Services Officer for its ACT Home Care Service Centre in Deakin. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of ongoing employment, on a part-time basis of 3 days per week. The position sits within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining support worker rosters
- Providing administration assistance to the support worker team leader
Required profile
- Experience in community care is preferable
- ACT WWVP card is essential
- Administration or customer service experience is preferable
- Must be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Required skills
- Competent and confident use of technology to support work outcomes
