Client Services Associate – Hong Kong (On-site)

About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join its Hong Kong office. In this fast‑paced, target‑driven environment you will be at the heart of the business, connecting top investors with industry experts to deliver timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and engage industry experts across multiple sectors to secure their participation in client calls.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑caliber expert interviews.
• Cold‑call experts, overcome objections, and win buy‑in while managing tight deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously, maintaining high quality and speed.
• Continuously learn market dynamics, business models, and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including content libraries, surveys, advisory services, and one‑to‑one calls.

Required profile

• Fluent business English (written and spoken) – C1 level or above.
• Ambitious, intellectually strong, with demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
• Curious, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets in a high‑pressure setting.
