Client Service Officer – Credit Limits Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Officer to act as an Account Manager for credit limits. You will manage a portfolio of clients, liaise with insurers and underwriters, and negotiate credit limits to support our clients’ growth.

Key responsibilities

• Update clients on insurer decisions promptly.
• Follow up with insurers on behalf of your portfolio.
• Send weekly client update letters.
• Resolve daily processing issues and take appropriate action.
• Enter data accurately and maintain client records.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in occasional face‑to‑face client meetings and an annual interstate visit.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced role with direct client interaction.
• Interest or experience in credit, insurance or financial services.
• Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn processes quickly and multitask, including supporting teammates.
