Key responsibilities

• Create warm, calm moments that feel personal and share the craftsmanship and story behind each piece with authenticity and grace.
• Host well-prepared appointments from welcome to thoughtful farewell.
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and timely follow-up.
• Keep the boutique ready with accurate CRM records, well-prepared appointments and immaculate presentation.
• Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery.
• Arrange simple service needs such as orders, repairs and collections, with clear, proactive updates.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality or high-touch client service.
• Composed presence, impeccable presentation and natural communication.
• Curiosity about craftsmanship and a genuine interest in fine jewellery.
• Reliability and flexibility across boutique trading hours.
