Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, relationship‑focused Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with existing customers, understand their business needs and help them maximise the value of their technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts through regular meetings, account reviews and relationship‑building activities.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, technology environment, operational challenges and future objectives.
• Identify opportunities for customers to improve outcomes via OneCare Managed Services, security enhancements, infrastructure upgrades and professional services.
• Prepare and manage quotations for hardware, software, licensing, managed services, connectivity, security and professional services.
• Coordinate orders through fulfilment, working closely with suppliers, operations and technical teams.
• Proactively review contracts and recurring services to ensure timely renewals and protected invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity pipelines, account plans and sales documentation.

Required profile

• A trustworthy, reliable individual who consistently takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales or business development, preferably within the IT/technology sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a genuine interest in technology.
• Confidence in managing customer conversations and identifying value‑adding opportunities.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
