Claims Assistant / Technical Analyst

About the role

Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Assistant / Technical Analyst to provide service and claims administration support to its Loss Adjusters. The role involves setting up claims in the system, updating them with review notes, processing payments and communicating with customers, brokers and insurers. Key responsibilities

• Set up and enter new claims into the system
• Update the system with review notes and additional inputs
• Process payments
• Manage communications by call and email with customers, brokers and insurers
• Assist in driving claims to settlement

Required profile

• Previous administration, insurance or customer service experience in a corporate environment
• Well organised and good communication skills
• Open to working from 1.30pm to 8pm
• Motivated to build a career in insurance and open to new learning experiences
