Civil Supervisor – North Queensland

About the role

BMDBMD is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor (Foreman) to join its North Queensland team from June/July. You will work closely with the Project Manager to drive productivity, safety and quality on complex infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site civil construction crews and subcontractors to meet program schedules.
• Coordinate daily work plans, resources and material deliveries.
• Monitor health, safety, environmental and quality standards on the site.
• Report progress, issues and risks to the Project Manager.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Certificate III in Civil Construction (mandatory).
• Proven supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Commitment to safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
• Motivation to deliver value‑for‑money results.

Required skills

• Certificate III in Civil Construction.
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision (desirable).
