Civil Supervisor – Infrastructure Services, Townsville

About the role

Fulton Hogan is looking for a Civil Supervisor to join its Northern Queensland team in Townsville, within Infrastructure Services. As a key member of the project team, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. The position requires demonstrated TMR experience and working away from home.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project planning, resources, budgets and timelines are met
• Manage costs, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls
• Coordinate works crews on multiple fronts
• Interpret project and client requirements and lead the project team

Required profile

• Seasoned supervisor with solid civil construction experience
• Demonstrated TMR experience
• Previous experience as a civil infrastructure supervisor, including earthworks, drainage and pavement construction, is advantageous
• Ability to make decisions, take initiative and prioritise safety
• Well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
