About the role

Join Georgiou’s Tonkin Extension Alliance as a Civil Supervisor and play a pivotal role in delivering one of Western Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. You will lead site crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe, high‑quality civil works that will benefit the Perth community for generations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes.
• Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple work fronts.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Monitor productivity, programme performance and project milestones.
• Manage subcontractor interfaces and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote Georgiou’s values and culture.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience leading site teams and subcontractors on construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and delivering project outcomes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and manage day‑to‑day site activities.
