Civil Supervisor for Renewable Energy Project

About the role

Genus is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead field crews on the Parron Wind Farm project, a large‑scale renewable energy development in Australia. The role involves hands‑on leadership to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality delivery of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil field teams and plant operators to achieve daily project outcomes.
• Monitor performance, productivity and quality, ensuring work meets required standards.
• Conduct pre‑starts, toolbox talks, inspections and task observations.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a civil supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performance teams.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and safe work procedures.
• Solid knowledge of occupational health & safety requirements with a strong safety record.
• Valid HR Class Driver’s Licence, Construction Induction (White Card), National Police Clearance, and Workplace First Aid & CPR certification.
