Civil Engineer – Competitive Salary and Career Progression

About the role

We are seeking experienced civil engineers and designers to join a mid‑sized consultancy delivering diverse infrastructure, built‑environment and land‑development projects across Queensland. The role offers immediate support from senior staff and the chance to work on a variety of sectors from subdivisions to major road works.

Key responsibilities

• Develop civil designs using 12d and Civil 3D for projects such as roads, drainage, subdivisions and mixed‑use developments.
• Collaborate directly with directors, principals and senior engineers on client and stakeholder management.
• Deliver design packages from concept through detailed design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering or design experience.
• Experience with 12d (intermediate to advanced) is essential; Civil 3D experience is highly advantageous.
• RPEQ registration is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• 12d civil design software.
• Civil 3D.
