About the role
City Heart Medical, a large family-oriented general practice in Rockhampton established in 1959, is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join its team of nurses, staff and doctors. The nurse works autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care, covering all aspects of general practice nursing with a strong focus on care plans and reviews, health assessments, patient education and follow-up.
Required profile
- AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia; no sponsorship available.
- Experience in GP chronic condition management plans and health assessments.
- Passion for patient care.
- Current CPR certificate (assistance offered if it has recently expired).
