Chief Transformation Officer – Governance, Risk & Cybersecurity, APAC

About the role

The Chief Transformation Officer will work directly with C‑Suite executives of ServiceNow’s largest customers across APAC, advising on governance, risk, and cybersecurity transformation using the NOW platform. This senior role partners with internal sales, strategy, and product teams to shape go‑to‑market strategy and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Engage CROs, CISOs, CEOs and Board members to demonstrate breakthrough security and risk outcomes on ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower, Veza, and Armis solutions.
• Accelerate sales cycles by positioning ServiceNow as the orchestration platform for enterprise‑scale risk, security, and compliance.
• Develop and lead CXO roundtables, industry keynotes, and executive field‑marketing activities focused on AI governance and cybersecurity resilience.
• Provide product and market feedback to Engineering, Security, and Field Marketing on roadmap and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Former CISO, Chief Risk Officer or equivalent senior cybersecurity/governance executive (C‑level or VP‑level preferred) with 15+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, risk governance, compliance and AI governance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, industry‑specific standards).
• Proven track record of advising CROs, CISOs and Board‑level risk committees as a trusted transformation partner.
• Strong APAC executive network and ability to leverage existing relationships to drive engagement.

Required skills

• Enterprise cybersecurity frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• AI governance, identity governance, threat intelligence, zero‑trust architecture.
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS risk and security platforms, preferably ServiceNow AI Control Tower, Veza, Armis, GRC and IAM solutions.
• Executive‑level presentation and consulting skills.
