Chief Operating Officer – Multi-site Health Services

About the role

The organisation is a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed provider of multi‑site health services. Reporting to the CEO and Board, the Chief Operating Officer will shape strategic direction while leading the operational execution required for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operational strategy that supports rapid expansion across multiple sites.
• Build a scalable, technology‑enabled operating platform and embed best‑practice processes.
• Drive operational excellence, monitor performance metrics and ensure they keep pace with growth.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage change programmes and oversee transformation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the Board to align operational plans with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading dynamic, multi‑site operations in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience in private‑equity backed or high‑growth organisations.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational transformation and technology enablement.
• Ability to operate comfortably in both boardroom strategy discussions and hands‑on execution.
