Chef – FIFO/BIBO 14:7 roster – Sydney

About the role

We’re currently seeking experienced chefs to join our remote operations. Working in a busy camp environment, you’ll provide quality meals that keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services.
• Work in a high‑volume catering environment.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards.
• Deliver consistent quality and presentation.
• Work as part of a supportive kitchen team.

Required profile

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high‑volume kitchens.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
